The ethos of The Old Theatre Deli is to source ethically produced ingredients from UK farmers who are proud to produce to the highest food quality, environmental and welfare standards in the world.
Healthy nourishment is the building block of wellbeing. We believe in eating simply and well in harmony with the seasons.
OUR PRODUCE
By working closely with local, small scale suppliers we are assured of the provenance of the food we can offer, using our own farm produce wherever possible. We compliment this with an incredibly diverse selection of the finest quality cheeses, meats and charcuterie with an inviting selection of fresh fruit, roots and vegetables.
DEXTER BEEF
Dexter cattle are a rare breed which originated in Ireland. They are hardy, slow growing animals that can graze all year round on natural pastures which contribute to the quality and distinctive flavour of the environmentally friendly meat.
