Chef De Partie 


The Old Theatre Deli is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join our established team in our fresh food kitchen. This creative role will include taking full responsibility for our grab and go section of the business whilst supporting and working with our head chef and team on service and prep. This is an attractive position consisting of mainly daytime shifts (occasional evenings) with an opportunity to progress within the business.

We operate a fast-paced kitchen serving fresh homemade food produced locally. We work closely with local food producers and farmers to offer the finest local produce and work our menus around the season and its offerings. We operate a prepacked grab and go counter. Serve breakfast between 9-12, lunch between 12-4. We have a private dining room that caters up to 100 and we offer outside catering for up to 350. The roll includes preparing the seasonal menus and producing the hot and cold food for the grab and go and assisting the chefs with service, bookings and events. 


This is a full-time roll 

Experience within a fresh food kitchen is necessary. 

Salary negotiable depending on experience
